This gentle paced workshop is an introduction to the amazing benefits of yoga for mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.
You will learn some of the basics of yoga including how to:
practice key yoga poses correctly and safely
work with the breath to increase energy and relax the body and mind
practice yoga nidra – a guided relaxation technique
Who’s it for:
those seeking to develop confidence and a sound yoga practice
those wishing to increase strength and flexibility and general wellbeing
All body shapes and sizes are very welcome. No previous experience and no incredible feats of flexibility required.
